Shipping Policy

When your order has been shipped, you will be notified through email. It includes a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for your order information to be completely updated.

Our shipping policies are as follows.

The shipping price is calculated based on the shipment location and the number of products purchased.

You may calculate the approximate shipping charge by adding products to your basket, going to checkout, and providing your email address and delivery address. The precise delivery cost will be immediately adjusted and shown on the checkout page.

Shipping fee

Most hat products cost $6.99 for one item and a fee for subsequent items shipping inside the United States.

Process shipping time

– United States: 2 to 3 business days.

Estimated shipping time

– United States: 7- 14 business days

Actual shipment and delivery times and dates may differ based on the carrier.

Total delivery time: processing time + estimated shipping time

Customized & Special Orders

Please allow 5 – 10 business days to produce these orders. Customized & Special Orders cannot be changed or canceled once the order is placed.

Order Errors

The actual delivery date and one on the system can differ based on shipping lines and weather conditions. Orders may be held up for 3-4 days. Therefore, we are grateful for your sympathy. If your order is delayed for an extended period, please email us so that we can respond as soon as possible.
